MY 5-6 MEALS PER DAY

A lot of people tend to believe that cutting some foods or eating certain amount of food will make them loose weight. Well, I eat 5-6 times per day and let me explain the benefits of this. The reasons why you should eat 5-6 small meals at day is that your metabolism will be functioning constantly, so this will help you to burn more fat. When you don't eat at all or too much, your body preserves all the calories you have available to give you energy and this becomes fat.

The most important reason why you should eat constantly is that if you're an active person, work, study, workout, etc. you need all this NATURAL energy food gives you. And see how I make emphasis at the "natural" word, this is because you don't need to consume this energize beverages that has a lot of add sugars. You can have smoothies that will give you the same amount of energy and it's the best kind of sugar you can consume. Best thing is to listen to your body. 

So remember, don't starve yourself. Add your fruits, grains and protein to your everyday meals and snacks.
